These terms apply to SeatCraft on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, and the guest pages on seatcraft.app. By downloading or using SeatCraft you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to Apple versions; Google Play terms apply to Android distribution and purchases.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use SeatCraft on compatible devices you own or control to plan events. You may not redistribute or misuse the app. Restrictions do not override rights granted by applicable law.
The current iPhone, iPad and Mac versions are provided without charge. Guests, tables, events, exports and guest-facing sharing are available without a new in-app purchase or subscription.
Previously purchased access remains recognized. Any discontinued subscription remains governed by Apple's App Store terms through the end of its current paid period.
The Android app is free to download. You can explore an isolated sample session without an account or purchase. Personal events require Google sign-in and paid Pro access through Google Play. Sample changes are discarded when you close the sample session.
Pro is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The current price, currency and applicable terms are displayed before purchase by Google Play. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and unlocks the current Android Pro features for the purchasing Google Play account; it does not guarantee that the app or hosted services will operate indefinitely.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. Deleting SeatCraft or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Any trial or promotional offer applies only when expressly displayed by Google Play. Refund requests are handled under Google Play policies and applicable consumer law; these terms do not exclude mandatory refund or other legal rights.
Android purchases and Apple purchase records are managed by their respective stores. Google sign-in alone does not transfer a purchase to a different store or synchronize Android plans with Apple devices.
Guest lists and seating plans you create are yours. They are stored on your device and may be synced or backed up by your platform. Publishing a "Find Your Seat" link sends guest-facing chart information to our hosting service, where anyone with the link can view it. Links expire after up to 400 days and are snapshots, not live updates to your plan. You are responsible for having permission to enter and share personal information, and for files you send to recipients. See the Privacy Policy.
SeatCraft is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free — always double-check your final chart before printing 120 place cards.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of SeatCraft. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
