These terms apply to the SeatCraft iOS application. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use SeatCraft on Apple devices you own or control, for planning your own events. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app.
SeatCraft is provided without charge. All guests, tables, events, exports and guest-facing sharing features are available without an in-app purchase or subscription.
Previously purchased access remains recognized. Any discontinued subscription remains governed by Apple's App Store terms through the end of its current paid period.
Guest lists and seating plans you create are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for the content you enter and for how you share exported files. See the Privacy Policy.
SeatCraft is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free — always double-check your final chart before printing 120 place cards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Because SeatCraft is provided without charge, our total liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — and no, we cannot be held responsible for what happens when certain relatives share a table against our warnings.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
