The short version: SeatCraft collects no data. Your guest list, seating plan and everything else you enter stay on your iPhone. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no trackers.
Nothing. SeatCraft does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. The app works fully offline; guest names, groups, RSVP statuses, notes, tables and floor plans are stored only in the app's local storage on your device.
Only what you export yourself. When you share a PDF seating chart or a "Find Your Seat" page, that file is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet — where it goes is entirely your choice. We never see it.
Upgrades are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details, names or emails — purchase entitlements are verified on-device via StoreKit. Apple's own privacy policy governs the transaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.
SeatCraft uses Sign in with Apple as its only sign-in. Apple gives the app a random identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email. These are stored only on your device — SeatCraft has no servers, so nothing is transmitted anywhere. You can hide your email from us using Apple's built-in relay, and you can revoke SeatCraft's access anytime in your Apple ID settings; signing out or revoking never deletes your local plan.
If you enable the optional app lock, authentication happens entirely on your device through Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. SeatCraft never receives or stores biometric data.
Deleting the app deletes everything it stored. There is nothing to delete on our side.
SeatCraft is not directed at children under 13 and, since it collects no data, no children's data is processed.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since we collect nothing, meaningful changes are unlikely.
